Shipping Your Order
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. Shipments are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Orders can also be shipped via UPS Extra with signature required. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method, as it involves additional fees. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will provide a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as the shipping fees. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all items into a single order, as we cannot merge separate orders and shipping fees will apply to each order individually. Your package is shipped at your own risk, although extra care is taken with fragile items.
